Privacy, terms & contact

When you register we collect the contact details you enter (name, email, phone, city, state), role-specific answers, and any documents you upload for verification such as a government ID, business license, insurance proof, or photos.

Your information is used only to verify your participation in the WeBBi ecosystem, to organize participants by state and category, and to contact you about your application. We do not sell your data.

Uploaded documents are stored privately and can only be opened by the WeBBi verification team. State Ambassadors can see applications from their own assigned state only.

Once your application is verified, a limited public listing appears in the WeBBi directory: your name or business name, city, state, category, participant type, and verification badge. Your email, phone number, and uploaded documents are never public.

We keep your application for as long as you take part in the WeBBi ecosystem. You can ask us to correct or delete your record at any time and we will remove it, including any public directory listing.

WeBBi is a registration and verification platform, not a marketplace. Verification means we reviewed the documents you submitted; it is not a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of any product, service, or transaction.

You agree that the information and documents you submit are truthful and yours to share. Fraudulent submissions may be rejected or removed and any badge revoked.
